Rainbow Career Day Frankfurt am Main 2026
Welcome to Rainbow Career Day Frankfurt at Goethe University – the only LGBTQ+ career fair at a state university.
For everyone who lives and values diversity!
We love diversity, and so do you. That's why the Rainbow Career Day will once again take place at and with Goethe University in 2026, on May 7th. The Rainbow Career Day Frankfurt, located directly on the Westend Campus, offers all interested individuals an extraordinary opportunity to engage in conversations with companies in a pleasant atmosphere, explore their own career prospects, and learn how a modern company provides a contemporary, appreciative work environment for all employees.
The stand conversations at the exhibition stands in the lecture hall center are suitable for exchange, which are available at the many employers seeking staff go out. Because many other Rainbow Career Day partners will be present: university institutions, student associations, the press – diversity is important to everyone.
The supporting program with lectures and panels goes a step further in terms of content and is also interesting for all those who are not currently pursuing a (new) career path.
The visitor lounge offers space to linger and socialize.
Participation is open to students of Goethe University, as well as all students from the greater region, schoolchildren, and individuals with professional experience.
