Rainbow Career Day Frankfurt am Main 2026

Welcome to the Rainbow Career Day Frankfurt at Goethe University - the only queer career fair at a state university.
For everyone who lives and appreciates diversity!
We love diversity and so do you. That's why the Rainbow Career Day will once again take place at and with Goethe University in 2026, on May 7. The Rainbow Career Day Frankfurt, directly at the Westend Campus, offers all interested parties an extraordinary opportunity to enter into discussions with companies in a pleasant atmosphere, to explore their own career opportunities and to find out how a modern company offers all employees a contemporary, appreciative working environment.
The stand discussions at the exhibition stands in the lecture hall center are a great opportunity for exchange, which go beyond the many employers looking for personnel. Many other partners of the Rainbow Career Day are also represented: University institutions, student associations, the press - diversity is important to all of them.
The supporting program with lectures and panels goes one step further in terms of content and is also interesting for all those who do not currently want to pursue a (new) career path.
The visitors' lounge offers space to linger and chat.
In addition to students at Goethe University, all students in the greater region, school pupils and people with professional experience are also invited to take part.

Goethe University's research profile is colorful and diverse - the university is also modern and practice-oriented. It strives to keep its finger on the pulse of the times and to constantly offer students new opportunities and services.
To this end, there are a variety of highly professional service centers within the university, such as the "Office for Equal Opportunities", the "International Student Affairs" and the "Career Service", which take care of the interests and issues of students and at the same time represent an interface to the world of employers.

People are different. Fortunately so. Because - both in society and in the world of work - our individuality, our different perspectives and diverse voices are a great strength - if they are heard. The wind is currently blowing through the diversity landscape. Politically, in the media, socially. This also, perhaps even primarily, affects the queer/trans* community. This makes it all the more important to show solidarity and stand up as allies. Whether as a university, company, family member, colleague or fellow student. Let's talk to each other in this impulse and find out together how allyship can succeed even in challenging times.
15:30 - 16:00 - Lecture by Aareon Group GmbH (Speaker Sandra Hendro (Director Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and Sabrina Dick (Head of People & Culture DACH), topic: "Queer entry at Aareon - You, me, us!" What happens when people with all their diversity really take center stage?")
